I can help you manage your feelings by taking you through a set of easy to follow exercises. These won’t take much time out of your day but will help you to relax, have clearer thoughts and be in a better emotional state to start working on how to make changes to your life. I have two programs to support you. When you are managing your feelings more easily I will then be able to work with you to help you make the difference between where you are today to where you want to be in the future.

Six Month 10 Hour Program

10 Hour Program
• Phase one – One hour session a week for four weeks
• Phase two – One hour session every other week for four weeks
• Phase three – One hour a month for four months

Intensive 10 Hour Program
• Phase one – ½ hour session a day for six consecutive days.
• Phase two – One hour session every week for four weeks
• Phase three – One hour a month for three months

I only work with five clients at a time. This enables me to give you the support that you need and be in a better position to find the most suitable time for them.
